Proof that Brie Larson is one of us

Is there a greater joy than receiving something for absolutely free, even if you know you can buy it for yourself? I don’t think so.

Meet Brie Larson, an actress who is at her career best right now. Never mind the two stellar performances she delivered in Captain Marvel and Avengers: End Game, these two movies went on to become the highest grossing films of all time, breaking all kinds of records. We don’t need to be good at math to evaluate how much money this must have earned Ms. Larson.

Even still, Larson is sour about the fact that she still needs to pay for her Disney + subscription. While making the rounds promoting her new film that releases shortly, Larson filled Ellen in on how she truly felt about this injustice.

When Ellen informed Larson that Avengers: End Game has grossed a total of $2.8 billion and inquired if she’d got any of it, Larson’s reply was, “You know I don’t even have a Disney+ account! I was going to use this opportunity to ask….Waiting. For. My. Disney. Plus. For. Free. I’ve got multiple pieces of art on your streaming service, including one of my first and best roles I’ve ever done, which was a film called “Right on Track.”

In case you’re wondering which movie she’s referring to, Right on Track is a Disney Original film that released in 2003, where Larson reprised to the role of a young girl.

Needless to say, if I weren’t already, I am fangirling over Larson.
