Yep, President Donald Trump is at it again.
During a rally in North Carolina, the President launched into an attack on US congresswoman Rep. Ilhan Omar. The comments made by Trump caused a stir within his supporters which led them to chant “Send her home!” whilst he did absolutely nothing.
Jon Favreau, director of The Avengers and The Lion King described the scene as “chilling”
The crowd at Trump’s rally chanting “send her back” after the President viciously and dishonestly attacked Ilhan Omar is one of the most chilling and horrifying things I’ve ever seen in politics.

A member of the UK Parliament, David Lammy shared the same feelings

Former United States Representative Beto O’Rourke called out the President, saying: “we will defeat him and everything he stands for”
These chants don’t happen by accident. They are the product of a president who sees our diversity not as a strength, but as a weakness. I believe in our country. This is not the first time he has singled out women of colour, however. He has recently made degrading and racist comments about progressive Democratic congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, and Rashida Tlaib, telling them to “go back” and “help fix the totally broken and crime infested” countries “from which they came” in a series of tweets.

Here’s the catch, three of the four women were born in the US and Omar fled her country which was in a state of war to live in a refugee camp in Kenya. She has lived in the US since she was 12. He also falsely accused her of supporting a terrorist organisation because she “refused” to condemn them.
