Uber Eats has revealed the UAE's biggest eating habits during Ramadan

Ramadan has just passed us by and it was a good one, especially for Uber Eats. When we’re not practically swimming in our mum’s food during iftar, it’s natural to take the easy option and just order in for the night.

And, this Ramadan, a lot of us did.

In fact, according to the food delivery app, one of us in particular made quite a large dent in our wallets by ordering Dhs 1,115 worth of food – in one go.

Here’s what the UAE enjoyed munching on the most this Ramadan

Biggest single order during Iftar: The Butcher Shop – an order of a whopping Dhs 1,186AED followed closely by a Pizza Hut order of Dhs 1,115

Biggest single order during Suhoor: Shake Shack – an order of Dhs 875

Delivery area with the sweetest tooth: Business Bay ordered the highest volume of dessert-based orders during the period. (Could possibly be the highest number of dentist appointments!)

But, McDonald’s is taking home all the prizes this year as our favourite food-delivery, not that we’re surprised! SHOW ME THE FRIES.

Select McDonalds locations are playing Mozart to chill their drunk customers out

Most popular restaurant ordered from during Iftar (based on number of orders): McDonald’s

Most popular restaurant ordered from during Suhoor (based on number of orders): McDonald’s

McDonald’s also carried out the fastest delivery in Deira in under 7 minutes. Now, that’s fast food!
