Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to spend summer with the Queen in Scotland

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were in the UK earlier this month for a farewell tour, attending to the last of their duties before they officially step back from their royal family positions. It seems like the couple is now planning to return during summer along with baby Archie, who did not accompany them for this trip.

“Harry and Meghan accepted the queen’s invitation to spend time with her at Balmoral in Scotland this summer,” according to a source at E! News. “They plan to take Archie with them.”

“They are also expected to spend time with the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall at Birkhall, Charles’s retreat on the Balmoral estate,” revealed another source.

While Harry and Meghan work hard to strike a balance in their transition, it’s good to see that the royal family has not shut off its doors for the both of them. “Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved members of my family,” said the Queen in a statement that was released earlier this year.
