The international rules of self-isolation deem that leaving your home should only be done when completely necessary. Buying a packet of crisps is probably not one of those times. So, to combat the rules while also combating cravings, one man sent his pup out on a mission.
Armed with a note and some cash, the man’s chihuahua set out to brave the streets in search for some Cheetos. Antonio Muñoz from Mexico was just three days into isolation when he constructed the note which read: “Hello Mr Shopkeeper. Please sell my dog some Cheetos, the orange kind, not the red ones, they’re too hot.
“She has $20 attached to her collar. WARNING: She will bite if not treated right. Your front neighbour.”
And, as hoped, she returned – complete with Cheetos and change.
