Dogs are vulnerable to loud noises. So, when faced with fireworks or thunderstorms, they can become incredibly panicked. In fact, when it comes to the latter, research suggests that ‘dogs experience painful shocks from static build-up before the storm.’ The pain then builds as the storm progresses.
A video is now going viral that shows that just a little bit of love from the littlest of places can make a difference to a terrified pup. The video shows a toddler comforting the family dog, a golden retriever, during a thunderstorm. The toddler strokes, cuddles and kisses the dog which makes for an adorably uplifting watch.
