A Ryanair passenger claims he has suffered injuries after being “wrongfully accused” or assaulting an air hostess. Whilst waiting for their flight to take off, friends Rafik Boutiche and Islam Fessih were seated separately. Boutiche noticed that his friend had a spare seat beside him and asked an air hostess if he could move.
The air hostess then claims Boutiche punched her after becoming violent. Boutiche strongly denies the claims. Portugese police then stepped in and decided to remove him from the aircraft in a violent manner that seems to be becoming all too common.
Fessih then began filming the ordeal, posting it to his Twitter account, saying: “I can’t believe my eyes right now, my boy was racially profiled and attacked on our flight on our way home ; there was a free seat next to me but the air hostess refused to let him sit there and accused him of punching her when the whole plane has his side.”
Fessih then confirmed that Boutiche sustained injuries, posting: “His bag is literally ripped and he is injured. This is so not called for, the air hostess on the plane definitely has something against us and this is not the first time Ryanair has messed up with these kind of situations.”
